Virya increase

Virya (Sperm) can be increased by

  • Eating dairy food, i.e. milk, ghee, butter, paneer (cottage cheese), curd (yoghurt).
  • Eating fresh fruits like papaya, banana, apples.
  • Drinking fresh fruit juices like orange juice, kinnu juice, pineapple juice, pomengranate juice.
  • Stop eating bitter foods like Karela (Bitter melon) or any other bitter things.
  • Jogging or Running daily for at least half an hour keeps your reproductive and urinary system fit.
  • Eating protein foods is very much beneficial in increasing virya or sperm, i.e. White Eggs, Sprouts, Soyabean, etc.
