  4. Guna (quality): Bitter.
As per ayurvedic texts this is a very useful herb but on the religious point of view this tree has been not so much accepted as Hindus avoided was avoided sitting in its shade as it is supposed to be inhabited by demons. This is a herb used as a Rasayana.

Dosage:
  1. 1 teaspoon twice a day.
