How to make or prepare Ghee?

Ghee is also called as clarified butter. To make ghee take 500g unsalted butter, simmer on a low heat for 20–30 minutes until the liquid is clear. A foam will rise to the top and the solid particles will sink to the bottom. Be careful to avoid burning the bottom of the pan. The ghee is ready when the liquid is clear. Store in an airtight container.
